Cabbage Salad with Apples and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 10 Oz of finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1 cup of shredded sweet apples
  • ½ cup of minced dill
  • Half of a lemon
  • 3 tbsp of organic sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. In the bowl, squeeze the cabbage with your hand to make it softer.

    Add the rest of the ingredients except the sunflower oil and lemon.

    Mix well. Squeeze lemon over the salad and add sunflower oil. Mix well.

    You can keep this salad refrigerated for 24-48 hours.
