Gluten Free Sugar Free Quick and Easy to Make Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 organic egg whites
  • 1/4 cup of organic coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of organic gluten free oat bran
  • 1 tbsp of gluten free + baking not xanthan, not guar, baking binder + gum-free
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of organic vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 tbsp of monkfruit sweetener Golden
  • 1 tsp of organic chocolate extract
  • 1 tsp of organic coffee flavor
  • 1/2 cup of organic virgin coconut oil
  • Organic Chocolate frosting with coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients until the smooth like consistency. Transport it into the round 9 inch cake pan. Spread the mixture around the pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven at 350F.

    When it is ready, put the dinner plate on top of the cake pan and flip it over.

    Spread a thin layer of frosting on top of a warm cake. You can sprinkle it with organic cacao sweet nibs.
