Yummy Nourishing Smoothie for Your Children and YOU

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of mixed raw nuts and seeds
  • 3-4 slices of avocado
  • 1 scoop of organic protein
  • Half of a cucumber
  • 2 big strawberries
  • Mix of raspberries and blueberries
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 Banana if desire
  • 1 ½ cup of organic almond vanilla milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a Vitamix until the smoothie like consistency.

    Drink it within next 30 or 45 minutes.
