Salmon Tuna Salad with Avocado and Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 6 oz of Alaskan wild pink salmon canned
  • 5 oz of albacore wild tuna canned
  • ½ cup of sliced celery stems
  • ¼ cup of chopped fennel
  • ½ cup of chopped avocado
  • ¼ cup of bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup of minced dill
  • 1/3 cup of dried sweetened cranberries
  • ¼ cup of Primal Kitchen Chipotle lime mayo
  • 2 tbsp of Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Serve it as a lunch dish or appetizer.

    You can also serve it on a green leaf lettuce as an individual portion.
