Are you up for something new?

The modern diet, rich in pro-inflammatory processed oils and sugars that send the wrong message to the body,is believed to contribute to  health challenges like diabetes, cancer, mental disorders and heart disease. We need to pay attention to what we put into our body. What we put in our mouth today is literally who we are becoming. It shapes everything from our capacity to think, work, digest food and more. Whatever we put in our bodies has an immediate impact on who we become.
Let’s start by cutting back your consumption of carbs, and replacing sugary drinks with tea or lemon water. Let’s replace vegetable oils with natural fats from foods such as butter, cheese, cream, organic sugar free uncured bacon, nuts and eggs.

What is a Human Diet?

  • Meat on the bone, chicken soup, organ meats, including chicken liver, lamb kidneys, bone marrow, and blood sausage from grass-fed animals.
  • Fermented and sprouted foods like yogurt, cheddar cheese, sprouted grain bread. Do not forget to soak your beans and grains at least for 12 hours.
  • Lots of fresh food, leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, garlic, nuts, seeds, and raw dairy or nondairy products.

There is hidden power in the fruits and vegetables that we eat.  It is better to pick fruits and vegetables that are naturally available. Try this just for one month and see how you feel.

When we eat whole foods we become a glowing example of health and vibrancy

Here is a recipe that is easy to make, low in carbohydrates and nourishes your body:

Zucchini noodles with organic, sugar free uncured bacon and fried egg with runny yolk

1. 3 slices of organic, sugar free uncured    bacon chopped (about 20 grams)
2. 1 cup of raw spiralized zucchini noodles
3. 1 egg
4. Garlic to taste
5. Salt to tastePlace the skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add bacon and sauté until bacon is slightly golden. Add zucchini noodles and continue to sauté for approximately 3-4 minutes. Add salt and garlic.
Crack in an egg and turn the heat down. Drop the egg into the skillet. Let the egg cook until white is set and the corners begin to curl ever so slightly, about 3 – 4 minutes depending on your heat source. Sprinkle with salt and garlic.
Serve the egg on top of the noodles.
Enjoy your meal and …
