Low Carb Protein Rich Peanut Butter Bar

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of oat bran
  • 1 scoop of protein 20 gram
  • Vanilla to taste
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of Whole brown flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of raw sprouted almond butter
  • 2 tbsp of organic coconut oil
  • 2 tsp of Organic Cacao sweet nibs
  • Himalayan salt to taste
  • Palm of mixed sliced almonds pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup of cranberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Place the parchment paper on a cutting board and roll out this mix to about .2 inches width. Cut it into several squares. Move the squares a little bit apart from each other and transport cutting board into a freezer. Freeze them for approximately 30 min.
